Who can join the program?
The program is targeted towards ISPs, Web hosting firms, resellers, integrators, and web development agencies that
want to provide Maximized Software solutions to their customers.
What products are included in the program?
A complete list of products and pricing can be found in Exhibit A. Eligible products subject to change without notice.
What is the purchase price for resellers?
Resellers are given a 25% discount on all products purchased. The reseller can then resell the product to their customer
at whatever price they desire.
How do I purchase the products?
Products can be purchased and downloaded directly from our website. We will invoice you directly (net 30 from the date of purchase).
Who maintains the relationship with the end-user?
We leave the end-user relationship up to the reseller's discretion. If the reseller wants to be the end-user's point of contact, then we will not get in touch with the end-user directly. The reseller will be responsible for notifying the end-user of program updates. Or, if the reseller desires, we can notify the end-user directly of product updates.
What are the responsibilities of the reseller?
The reseller is the end-user's primary contact. The reseller is responsible for product installation and product support.
How do I sign up?
Review the terms of our MaxPartner Reseller Agreement, and then fill out our application. You will be notified once your application has been processed.
