There are three support resources currently available:

Online help: press F1 press F1 (or click the Help button) at any time within FlashStats to get help on the current FlashStats window
You can send email to support@maximized.com.

FlashStats 2006 includes a built-in facility for sending support requests to Maximized Software. Open the Help menu and choose Create Support Request. Fill out each tab, and then follow the instructions on the final tab to send the support request to support@maximized.com.
